Which I find weird. I have contacted them twice and they both ended better than expected.
Encounter #1: I sent in about a Gold survey that didn't credit. I messaged them, credit adjusted with no questions asked. Which after reading on here I was not expecting.
Encounter #2: I sent in an email about a bug i found in the app. Nothing inconvenient just wanted the developers to be aware so they could fix it. They actually replied, thanking me for reporting the error directly to them and gave me a 5SB credit for helping them. I know 5 cents isn't much but when it is by no means expected or necessary, its nice.
I just see a lot of negativity on here regarding support, so i wanted to share my story.
