Swagbucks Shop & Earn support. Still backed up or no longer responding?
I made a few purchases over the holidays through Shop & Earn. Some were credited to me and some weren't so I emailed Swagbucks support. I contacted them once at the end of November and never received a response. I contacted them again about it at the beginning of January and still didn't receive a response. I never had a problem with Swagbucks support not responding like this before. I've always had good experience with them until now. Has anyone here contacted SB Support about Shop & Earn recently and received a response? And what do you guys think I should do? Try contacting them a third time? What's the best way to contact them about this to receive a response(I don't have a facebook account, I usually just do it through 'Contact Support' on their site.)
