We came across a new GPT (Get Paid To) site in the vein of UserTesting (internal link) and UsabilityHub: User Interviews (external link). User Interviews is a multi-thread focus group site offering users the opportunity to apply for in-person, over-the-phone, online studies, and independent tasks. According to the website, their clients prefer to interact with testers who link their LinkedIn or Facebook profiles, though this is not a requirement. We signed up and applied for several tests (though we have yet to be accepted).  The tests we applied for paid between $0.50 and $1.50 a minute, the shortest of which being a 30 minute phone interview, and the longest of which was a one hour and 30 minute in-person interview.Read More →
